We are inviting a select number of investors to access our investment at an early stage. The total for this early investment is 1.000.000€. The funds at this stage will be used to obtain building licenses and all necessary engineering and supporting reports, as well as a partial investment in irrigation for the vineyard. Once this is allocated, further investors will still be able to invest in our scheme. However, the returns for the investor are obviously much higher in the Founders’ Syndicate.

Why Invest?

This investment is a seed capital investment opportunity which gives a high return in a 2 year period. Dominio Los Pandos S.L. undertakes to pay the 40% return after 2 years and can comfortably do this as the finca currently earns a profit of more than €420,000 per annum. The return is not subject to any sales of wine but simply covered by current farming yields.

Guarantees and security

There is a current valuation of assets owned by the company in excess of €10,000,000 for the site which includes the vineyard and bodega. The initial Founders Syndicate will be part of a total second charge against the land and building.

Segregation in the land registry is currently being made for the plot were the bodega will be built. This plot will be in excess of 100,000 square m and is easily valued in excess of €10 per square m without the building on the site. This segregation will be in place by the end of October when the FSA regulated fund is launched, at which point the total €10,000,000 investment will be secured by a unilateral mortgage charge in the land registry.
