Chateau History

The charm, the history and the presence of the Chateau de Camiole are all at the origin of this very high standard Resort, a Holiday Residence with hotel services comprising 166 apartments and 18 villas with private pool.

On this exceptional site covering 7 hectares, in a natural, green environment, every aspect has been designed to re-create the atmosphere of a Provencal village with its warm coloured facades, its hamlets, places and squares adorned with fountains and stone washbasins - the very essence of the Mediterranean. The outdoor areas have been set up to preserve calm and authenticity, a place to enjoy life for a weekend or a long family holiday.

A little history :

Mrs. Adam, symbol of the third republic, dear friend of Clemenceau and Gambetta, had built, at the end of the 19th century, “Le Chateau de Camiole” situated at the foot of the village of Callian.
