TRANSPORTATION
Val d’Europe is a well connected town to its region, to Europe and to the rest of the world. Paris centre is a mere 35 minutes using the rapid RER transport network and there are over 40 daily TGVs and Eurostar. It is 30 minutes from the two airports of Paris, Orly and CDG/Roissy. There is also a very extensive highway network with direct access to the autoroute A4. Autoroutes A104 and A86 also.
LEISURE & SHOPPING
Paris Val d’Europe, is a town in the country where nature is never too far away and it is surrounded by exceptional Heritage. There are riding centres, gyms, tennis courts, badminton courts, fitness centres and a 27 hole golf course.
The town boasts one of Europe’s largest Shopping malls, Les Terrasses. It has 130 shops over two levels, 9 restaurants and 2 bars. Sealife Val d’Europe with its 32 aquariums giving a 360° view of marine life is also located here. La Vallée outlet village offering well known brands at discounted prices is located adjacent to Les Terrasses shopping mall.
Val d’Europe, Paris is also home to Disneyland Resort Paris making it the number one tourist destination in Europe.
PLANNING
The Paris Val d’Europe Montévrain ZAC. The planning of this area is the responsibility of the Marne urban management government owned corporation (referred to as the EPA France). The development program involves the creation of 2,000 apartments, 120,000 m2 of business and office space, 5,000m2 of shop space and 1,000 different hotel rooms, in line with the opening of the new Serris-Montévrain RER station and the Montévrain regional car park which opened in April 2001. There are also plans for a hospital and a university with places for 15,000 students. This geographical area is rapidly expanding in terms of its amenities and development.
Investment
Val D’Europe is 35 minutes from the center of Paris (Chatelet). This town has been built in the last 10 years to accommodate the rising demand for residential accommodation in Paris. The factors attributing to this demand include;

Ile de France is the second only to New York for construction and building activity with the Paris region covering 43 million square metres. In 1995 €500 million was invested by international investors. By 2001 this foreign investment from mainly American and German investors reached €12 Billion into the Paris region. Paris Val D’Europe is a strategic development town for Ile De France to accommodate this growth.
