Why Invest?

This investment allows investors to benefit safely from the purchase and reclassification of land only usually enjoyed by developers and without risk to invested capital. There is also no need for investors to resell assets in order to realise financial profits.

• Stage 3 - Development phase
- Construction of buildings takes place. The value of the land increases with the property market
